Support is subject to the Terms and Conditions of your subscription.
Using our support means that neither the software's
manual
nor our
FAQ page
did provide an answer to your problem,
and that you have complied with the necessary infrastructure for
Senfisto Intranet to run.
We reserve the right to refer you to our
documentation

manual or FAQ page if we believe the answer to your problem is covered therein.
We may have to access your server to work the problem.
You have therefore undertaken all necessary steps to backup any critical data that might be affected
trough direct server access.
Your information about the problem must be accurate and complete to allow processing
by our technicians within reasonable time.
All support inquiries are stored in our databases for unlimited time to better analyze and keep track
of potential software bugs.
Once a support request has been posted you will be sent an automatic confirmation email
along with a ticket number, which any follow-ups must refer to.
